We want you to be satisfied. Due to the nature of our products (random mystery boxes and lightly used/pre-owned items), returns are limited. All sales final except as below.
Mystery Boxes
- Mystery boxes are sold as-is with random contents from legitimate liquidation sources. No returns/exchanges for “buyer’s remorse,” not liking contents, or lower-than-expected value.
- Exceptions (within 14 days of delivery):
- Box arrives damaged (crushed/sealed broken in transit) — photos required.
- Box missing significant contents or empty (very rare; we verify weight/packing).
- In these cases, contact us for inspection/refund or replacement at our discretion. No partial refunds for individual items inside.
Lightly Used / Pre-Owned Items
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery only if:
- Item materially not as described (e.g., undisclosed damage, wrong condition grade).
- Item defective/non-functional (especially electronics — must be testable).
- Items must be returned in same condition received (unused if possible, with tags/packaging).
- No returns for change of mind, hygiene items (if applicable), or normal wear.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective/not-as-described (we may reimburse).
- Refunds issued to original payment method after inspection (usually 10 business days).
General
- To start: Email returns@apextradenetwork.shop with order #, photos, reason.
- Refunds exclude original shipping (unless our error).
- No cash/refunds for gift cards/promos.
- We reserve right to refuse returns/abuse (e.g., excessive).
- Oregon law applies to disputes.
